Special Days...

It's official. I am going through the temple August 27th. I am going to be going through the beautiful Sacramento, California Temple. Cameron and I will be sealed in the Salt Lake City Utah Temple September 2nd. We are so excited that it is here and have been looking forward to this forever<3

One foggy day to visit the grounds of the Sacramento Temple.

A little embarrassed...

I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but I actually loved this movie. Justin Bieber is very talented and this movie made me appreciate him as a person/artist more. That's all:)

Happy Birthday to Me!

So a week ago, I turned 22 on July 20th! I actually feel older this birthday?! I have to say how wonderful Cameron has been to me and he spoiled me extremely! (See picture below) Cameron could not keep all my presents from me until my birthday so he gave me a present a day for the whole week before my birthday! My mom also sent me a little "Do it yourself birthday package" and I want to thank her for that. Love you Mommy!
Cameron made me cry (tears of joy of course) with this "birthday blog" entry that he typed up to add to this. I truly am so lucky to have him! Thank you for making this such a wonderful birthday! I love you:)

"As you all know... I am the luckiest man alive. I  don’t know how; the planets must have been aligned, and the conditions perfect, because I lucked out big time. I of course am talking about my best friend and wife Bethany! I don’t know what I would do without her. Not enough gifts can be given, not enough love can be shown. Bethany has some of the  purest character traits of anyone I have ever known personally. She is the most kind and Patient person I know (when she is not driving), and I am so proud to say she is my wife. Her birthday marks a great day for me personally, because without her, I do not know how I would have or could have found the strength to fully commit myself to a new sense of purpose and worth. She has taught me so much with her smile alone, that being kind and caring ; humble and meek… that those things are most important in life. Her birthday is a sign of hope for a world so corrupt and evil. The fact that someone so beautiful and fragile can coexist with all the bad, is a miracle to me… She is my miracle in every sense of the word. Thank you Bethany for deciding to grace the world with your life! You bring so much to the table, and I don’t think you know how truly unequal you were created! You are years ahead of your time, miles ahead of the rest of us, and I admire everything you are! Thank you for settling for a lesser being and choosing me to share your extraordinary life with. Not enough can be said (or typed) but simply stated Bethany is just flat out Awesomeness wrapped in Amazing that collided with Beauty covered in everything we as humans hold to be true and good all packaged conveniently in the Prettiest little gift bag you have ever seen (not to say my wife is a gift bag… just go with it)   … it only takes one look at Her to get it! No one has ever encountered Beth and walked away confused or let down, they simply understand what perfection is now, and realize they have a LONG way to go! I think you get the picture, Bethany WE LOVE YA (WE being the world in general) Many ask if she is so great why is she not on tv or in the movies and magazines? (amateurs) It is a common known fact that there is not an entertainment platform that is even close enough to what it would take to capture the Grandeur that is Bethany, the only way to experience the awe inspiring phenomenal epicness that is Beth is to live it, to experience in real life how great she really is… and now we have come full circle to why I am the luckiest man alive… simply because of Bethany! Happy late birthday blog loveliness :)"

Cameron put Dexter in a onsie, and it made me laugh so hard! Definitely a fun way to start my birthday.

Mini Vacation!

So in the beginning of July, Cameron and I decided to take a little trip to Southern California. We decided Friday July 1st, in the morning that we would go to Disneyland. We left Friday night and got to the hotel at 3AM. We stayed in a suite at the Hilton in Anaheim and we are pretty sure it was bigger than our apartment! We slept in on Saturday July 2nd and then drove to Huntington Beach to spend a few hours there. We went to the hotel to relax more then decided to go check out Downtown Disney since we have never been there before. Sunday we spent the whole day in Disneyland/California Adventure. From about 9AM-11PM. We then drove to Vegas to spend the 4th of July with my brother David and his wife Kasey and their adorable two kids. We arrived in Vegas around 3AM. We spent the 4th of July at IHOP, walking the strip, barbecuing, watching movies, lighting sparklers, and watching fireworks from their front yard. It was a BLAST spending time with them and look up to them so much.
We drove home Tuesday morning and arrived back at home early that evening. It was such a fun and memorable trip. I am so glad we decided to do take this trip. We never really went on a honeymoon so that was our trip, and my birthday trip and our almost 1 year anniversary trip.

Happy Birthday Amelia Eve!

Another birthday in the family. I missed it on July 1st because I was out of town but miss Lia had her Golden Birthday already and turned 1! Although I have only seen her 3 times since she has been born, I just love her to death! She is so sweet, and I love to squeeze her cheeks. I love you Lia and hope you had a wonderful birthday. I am looking forward to seeing you in a couple weeks when you come visit! These pictures were mostly taken from the Kirwans because I didn't have any. I just have one with her and her uncle Christian from Grandpa Gentry's funeral.

Happy Birthday Rivers!

So I am a little behind, what else is new. I just wanted to welcome Rivers Dean Gentry, son of David and Kasey Gentry, to this world! He was born on June 17, 2011 and was 9 lbs. 4 ounces, 22 inches long. I got to see him this weekend, and he is just SO easy to love! He is the most chill baby, I don't think I heard him cry once while we were there, and he just is so good! I love you Rivers, you are so special to me already!

We were recently married on August 21, 2010 We started this blog as more of a journal for us to look back at all the good times. No matter what life brings us we are in this together and we couldn't be more happy about it. We are better together.
