Happy Birthday Julianne!

So I don't really know where to start with this, but I just am so so thankful for Julianne. She was so kind to let me live with her and her wonderful family from January of last year until August when I got married. I learned so much from her. More than she'll ever know! She is such a wonderful mother, wife, sister, and best friend. She amazed me every day I lived with them. She was always so busy, but no matter what, she always had time to ask how I was, if I needed anything, and she would bring me dinner when I was in class:) Julianne and I have always been pretty close, but now that I get to see her so often, we are even closer. I'm just so thankful that I have her in my life, and as my sister. I feel like I can go to her about anything, and she is always so willing to help out. When I lived with her, we would always stay up way too late. It would be the longest day, but we would still stay up and have snacks and watch movies and shows. We laughed so much together and we have PLENTY of inside jokes. We went out on shopping sprees (to Goodwill) I will never forget the memories we've made the last year, and I look forward to so many more! Happy Birthday Julianne. I love you so much. Thank you for being you:) Here are some pictures I got together of us.

Happy 8th Birthday John!

I feel horrible! I seriously just realized I didn't blog about little Johnny Appleseed! It's been a crazy couple weeks, and I've been sick, but still that is not an excuse. So here it goes.
John Kael Heaps was born eight years ago on January 8th. He was baptized last Saturday and it was so fun to be there. I am proud of this kid. I really got to know him this past year since I lived with him and his wonderful family. Although John was the one who woke me up most mornings with his high pitched screams and squeals, I love him! In the 8 months I lived there these are the first memories that come right to my mind when I think of John:
-Watch/listening to him read the scriptures and seeing him improve.
-He would write his name like this " John!!!!!!!!!!" He loved explanation points.
-He would spend hours in his room playing legos and would make some of the coolest things. He loved Indiana Jones and would make "booby traps" out of his legos.
-When I watched the Heaps' kids for a week when their parents went to Hawaii, John was a HUGE helper. He would take his little brothers in their room and keep them entertained.
-Playing catch with him during baseball season.
-John asking me to play Super Mario Brothers for the Wii. He loved to watch it, then learned to play it.
-His sleep walking... Funny/eerie thing to experience.
-Knocking on my room door to see what I was up to. I loved his little visits.
-Right before I got married, his obsession with Harry Potter began. Every time I go over there now, he will mention something about it or ask me questions about it.
Happy Birthday John. I love you bud.

All the pictures I had of John he was not looking at the
camera. So I took this one from their family photos...

Happy Birthday Olivia!

So, I accidentally posted the Happy Birthday to Olivia on my old blog again... Same thing I did with Brad's and I didn't realize it until today. So little Olivia Cleo Gentry turned 2 years old yesterday! I can't believe how big she is. I got to spend Christmas with her and it was a treat. I don't know how Jeremy and Marcha do it though. Or Kasey in that matter. Olivia wore me out just watching her run around. She is such a busy little bee, and I love to listen to her little words she says. I remember when she was born, and I can't believe two years have already passed. I hope you had a wonderful birthday Olivia. Your aunty loves you so much:)
This was the day or day after Olivia was born...

Just coming home from the hospital.

Olivia came to my voice recital:)

Kisses for Aunt Bethany..

She loves her Uncle Cameron.

Gentry Family Reunion 2010.

Not the best picture, but the most recent. Christmas 2010.
We were recently married on August 21, 2010 We started this blog as more of a journal for us to look back at all the good times. No matter what life brings us we are in this together and we couldn't be more happy about it. We are better together.
